School age children are introduced to the building blocks of one or more S.T.R.E.A.M. learning concepts through exploratory hands-on activities in a fun and educational environment. Space is limited to 20 participants. The program is for children in kindergarten through 5th grade.

The social worker in the library program provides information on utility and rental payments, SNAP, career source referrals, and other resources within the County. 

 Scheduled appointments are available on Monday and Thursday mornings at the Daytona Beach Regional Library from 9:30am-1pm. Afternoon walk-in assistance is available from 2pm-5:30pm. 

 Appointments can also be scheduled for the New Smyrna Beach Regional Library on first and third Tuesdays and the Port Orange Regional Library on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. Appointments can be made at the Ormond Beach Regional Library on Wednesdays. Appointments can be made at the Daytona Beach Regional Library on the 1st and 3rd Friday and the Deltona Regional Library on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month.
