on utility and rental payments, SNAP, career source referrals, and other
resources within the County.

Computer Bootcamp Week 4
Social Worker in the Library (Ormond Beach)
The social worker in the library program provides
information on utility and rental payments, referrals for employment, SNAP
assistance, career source referrals, and other resources within the County.
Scheduled appointments are available on the Second and
Fourth Tuesday in the mornings at the Port Orange Regional Library from 9am-1pm
and afternoon walk-in assistance is available from 2pm-5pm.
Appointments can also be scheduled for the Daytona Beach
Regional Library on Mondays and Thursdays and the Ormond Beach Regional Library
on Wednesday.

S.T.R.E.A.M.: Art with Family Painting
S.T.R.E.A.M. is an interactive multi-literacy program that integrates Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art, and Math concepts aimed at developing innovation, imagination, critical thinking, and problem solving. School age children are introduced to the building blocks of one or more S.T.R.E.A.M. learning concepts through exploratory hands-on activities in a fun and educational environment.
Caregivers and children will paint together with each participant receiving supplies to make their own masterpiece. Today's project is a wooden doorknob sign! This program is open to ages 6 and up. Reservations are required.
Toddler Time
Protect Yourself Against Crime
Learn about current crime trends within our community and how to protect yourself and loved ones from becoming victims. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss concerns about safety and crime in our neighborhood. The Ormond Beach Pollice Department believes the most important tool they offer is education and that knowledge is power.
This free program is sponsored by the Friends of the Ormond Beach Library and is open to the public. Together we can build a safer Ormond Beach!

This program is for those in grades 6-12. Get creative and express yourself by exploring, designing, and experimenting with crafts and S.T.R.E.A.M. activities. Visit the LaunchPad between 12 and 2 p.m. to create with the Cricut Maker®, a die-cutting machine. Experiment with the supplies provided or bring your own materials. All supplies included.
