Florida Licensing on Wheels (FLOW) will be at the New Smyrna Regional Library on  the first Friday of every month (except Feb., Aug., Sept., and Dec.) from 9 am - 2 pm. Services include:

•change an out-of-state driver license to Florida license $48 and up

•renewals $48 and up

•duplicates for lost or stolen license, address/name changes $25

•ID cards $25

•reinstatements (fee varies)

•emergency contact information registration

•vehicle registration renewals/replacements (fee varies)

•disabled parking placard issuance and renewals (permanent is free)
